Children up to incl. 6 years don't pay for accomodation by sharing the parents room with 2 adults.
Children from 7 years to 16 years will stay for a reduced price of 50 % by sharing the parent's room with 2 adults.

Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation, we adhere to the following guidelines:
More than three months before the date of arrival no cancellation fees.
Cancellation up to one month in advance, 40 % of the agreed price.
Cancellation 1 month to 1 week before the date of arrival, 70 % cancellation fee of the agreed price.
In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival date you will be charged 90 % of the agreed price.
Down payment :
In order to fix a reservation , we ask for a pre - transfer ( deposit ) of half of the total price
Balance to be paid on site :
The payment of the balance must be paid in cash (in € )
Arrival & Departure:
The apartment is ready for you from 15:00 clock, check out at 10:00 clock.
